Apps You Need to Download

By 9:45 PM

As a beauty and style lover and avid smartphone user, I have discovered a ton of beauty-related apps that I visit regularly and thought I'd share some of them with you guys. Obviously there are more that are super popular, but I thought I'd share some that may or may not be a little less talked about. Definitely check these apps and websites out!

1. Wanelo photo

Wanelo is basically a community for all the shopping lovers in the world. The name comes from Want, Need, Love. I love this app because I can find items that I love and either add them to a wishlist or buy them directly from the source. It's handy because, unlike scoping out photos on Pinterest, you can actually directly find where the item is located and purchase it. You can also create different wishlists, either items you like or items you want as gifts. It's helpful to tell your friends and family about your wishlist so they can easily see exactly what you want for your birthday or any holiday. If you want to check out items I've liked on the app, my username is @kelseyv66.

2. RetailMeNot Coupons photo

RetailMeNot is an app that uses your location and finds any nearby sales going on. It's amazing and awful all at once, because you might not plan to go shopping one day and then suddenly - RetailMeNot pops up with a sale at your favorite store nearby. It really comes in handy when you forget to bring coupons along with you as well, because it has coupons on the app that you can use in-store. You can also create a list of your favorite stores to make sure it alerts you when a good sale is going on. I use this app regularly!

3. Polyvore

I'm sure plenty of you have heard of Polyvore, but if you haven't, you MUST check it out. It's definitely one of my favorites. It's not an app unfortunately, but a website. Luckily it's mobile-friendly, so that's a perk. Basically, it's a website where fashion lovers can come together and create fashion looks and share them with each other. It's a wonderful community and it's also a great opportunity to showcase all the fabulous ideas you may have brewing in your head. I use it as a personal outlet to share my ideas and inspiration. You can check out my profile here.

4. Style tag photo
Style tag is another app I enjoy using. It's similar to the others in that it's great for discovering fashion inspiration. I would say it's most like Wanelo, but it's a sleeker design and also it's great for finding pieces when you're not sure where you can purchase them. This is a great app for anyone who's into a more sophisticated application to use for fashion inspiration.

Check these out ASAP and let me know what you think!
